What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for furniture handles?
For standard in-stock handles, MOQ starts from 100 pieces per style. For custom OEM designs, development MOQ is flexible -- we discuss based on your specific requirements. We believe in growing together, so we work with buyers at different stages of their business.
How long does shipping take to Vietnam or the Middle East?
Ready stock ships within 3-5 business days from our Foshan warehouse. Sea freight to Vietnam typically takes 5-8 days; to the Middle East (Dubai, Saudi) approximately 15-20 days. Air freight options are available for urgent orders. We handle all export documentation.
Can I get custom sizes, finishes, and logo engraving?
Yes, absolutely. Full OEM/ODM customization is one of our core strengths. We can customize dimensions, hole spacing, surface finish (anodizing, powder coating, electroplating), color (including custom RAL), logo engraving or embossing, and packaging. Send us your specifications or drawings and we'll provide a development quote.
How do you ensure bulk quality matches the approved sample?
We use a 3-stage QC process: (1) incoming material inspection, (2) in-process quality checks during production, and (3) final pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample. We retain your approved sample for the entire production run as a reference standard. We also welcome third-party inspection if required.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for new clients. For established partners with order history, we offer more flexible terms. We also accept L/C for larger orders. All transactions are in USD. Contact Mia to discuss terms for your specific situation.
